C28 Dinner Table
In 1951, Poul M. Volther created the dining table C28, a single table in clean lines, which at the same time has distinctive, slightly curved lines. In addition to giving softer organic lines, the idea of the "cigar form" was that there should be a good place while people around the table were not too far apart. The result is a harmonious framework about family meals for everyday and highlights of the year. The additional plates that follow the cigarette from the table ends can extend the table's capacity. Basically, the table has six to eight dining areas, but can be extended to 12 people. The table is available in beech, birch or oak - Nordic woods that give the table a character.
