Shipping Options

Free Standard Delivery is available to the lower 48 states on eligible parcel orders over $250. NOTE: Free shipping is not applicable to trade orders.

Currently, retail orders are only available for delivery to the contiguous US.

Standard Delivery

Parcel Items: Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT/USPS). Free shipping on orders $250 and above. Orders under $250 are charged $9.99.

Freight Items: Standard freight delivery at 9.5% of order value, with a maximum charge of $199.

Threshold Delivery

With "Threshold" Delivery on furniture items, your order arrives "across the threshold" or will be placed inside the first available dry area. For a home, this is inside the front door. For an apartment or office building, this is in the first-floor lobby. Orders will NOT be taken up any flights of stairs.

Rate: 9.5% of order value, with a maximum charge of $199.

Unpacking and debris removal is NOT included. You will be called when the shipment arrives to your local delivery center to make a delivery appointment. Threshold Delivery for furniture is done Monday through Friday during typical business hours. If the delivery address is a commercial location, a delivery appointment may not be made unless indicated after the order is placed. Threshold Delivery is not applicable for items that ship via parcel or for international shipments.

White Glove Delivery

We will deliver your items to any room of your choice and remove all packaging. No assembly will be performed. You will receive a phone call when your items are in your local area and will be provided options for a delivery window during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

Rate: 9.5% of order value + $250 White Glove service fee, with a maximum total charge of $399.

White Glove Delivery is not applicable for items that ship via parcel, deliveries to commercial locations, or for international shipments.

White Glove Plus Assembly

We will deliver your items to any room of your choice, remove all packaging, and perform any necessary assembly. You will receive a phone call when your items are in your local area and will be provided options for a delivery window during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). The delivery team will not affix any items to walls or ceilings, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors, wall art, or wall mounted shelving.

Rate: 9.5% of order value + $299 White Glove with Assembly service fee, with a maximum total charge of $399.

White Glove with Assembly Delivery is not applicable for items that ship via parcel, deliveries to commercial locations, or for international shipments.

Delivery within the Contiguous United States

Currently, retail orders are only available for delivery to the contiguous US.

If you are a designer and would like to sign up for our Trade Program, contact us and our Trade team may be able to assist with placing an order that will ship internationally. 

Please note that our typical international delivery is to the nearest US port of entry and the customer is responsible for customs and duties. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery.

Important Notes

Weekend and After-Hours Delivery: Please note that weekend appointments, deliveries outside normal business hours, or requests for specific delivery times (if they are available in your area) will incur an additional charge and need to be quoted and paid for prior to delivery.

Rescheduling and Missed Appointments: Rescheduling of delivery appointments with less than 48 hours of advanced notice or missed delivery appointments may also be subject to additional fees.

Trade Orders: Free shipping promotions do not apply to trade orders. Trade orders follow the same percentage-based shipping rates but without maximum caps on total shipping costs. Contact us for trade shipping rates.
