The intention of Norm Architects was to create soft cosy light with the same effect as candles which could be placed in every corner of the home in order to create a cosy atmosphere. With the innovative combination of a grey smoke-tinted or milky opal glass shade on a ceramic base, the lamp stands firm reflecting the strong Danish tradition, not unlike the Norm studio itself.
