Wegner Wishbone Chair - Carl Hansen Colors
Hans J. Wegner (1949)
The Wishbone Chair or "Y-chair" was the first chair Hans Wegner designed for Carl Hansen & Son. The Wishbone Chair's curved back legs give it an air of grace while the stylish semicircular top rail offers support and elegance.
This Wegner Wishbone Chair is available in a range of Carl Hansen and Son (CHS) Colors in a painted lacquer, each with three seat options: natural, white, or black paper cord.
Unless otherwise noted, all colored Wishbone Chairs are made of beech wood, which shows very little wood grain through the paint, whereas the Black Lacquered Oak has a clearly visible wood pattern below the paint (not shown in image).
Danish Design Store is an Authorized Dealer for the Carl Hansen & Son Collection. All products are licensed and manufactured in Denmark.
