BL5 Wall Lamp
Robert Dudley Best for Gubi
Select Shade
Description:
Designed by the British designer Robert Dudley Best in 1930, the Bestlite BL5 Wall Lamp exudes simplicity and clean shapes in line with the school from Bauhaus, which the designer was highly influenced by. With its adjustable arm, both horizontal and vertical, and movable shade, the Bestlite BL5 Wall Lamp suits well by the desk, as a bedside lamp or in the kitchen where the light needs to be directed.
BL5 Wall Lamp is available in two different versions: Hardwired & Wired. Hardwired indicates that the wall sconce is mounted directly to the electrical output. Wired is when the wall sconce has a cord and plug. On the hardwired version, the switch is located on the back plate. On the wired version, the switch is located on the cord.
The height is adjustable and the lamp can be tilted 90 degrees from horizontal to vertical. The shade can also be rotated 360 degrees. The textile cord matches the shade on wired models.
